  • Medication Refill Requests do not guarantee that requests will be granted.

  • If you have not seen one of our prescribers in the last 3 months, your refill request will be denied and you will be required to schedule an appointment with your provider for assessment. 

  • Please note that past due balances and missed appointments may delay your refills.

  • Refills can take up to 72 business hours to process so please plan accordingly (does not include weekends and holidays). Please do not call the nurses line unless it is has been more than 72 hours.

  • All medications are sent electronically directly to the pharmacy on file. If there is a change in pharmacy, please indicate that in your request.

  • We do not start or prescribe controlled substances.

*Refills are routinely issued Monday through Wednesday between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm MST. Requests submitted outside of those hours and holidays will be handled on the next business day.
